Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wes Landry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Jingles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jingles's choice of entrance music: Ride the Lightening-Metallica. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Landry rushes Jingles and presses him up against the cage.
Jingles prevents Landry from breaking the clinch.
Landry tries to break the clinch but Jingles is controlling the position.
Jingles is trying to force a seperation but Landry has the dominant position.
Jingles is trying to break the clinch but Landry is controlling him.
Landry jumps guard but Jingles stands there with Landry around his waist. Landry gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Landry tries a body shot but Jingles blocks it.

Jingles manages to break the clinch.
Jingles throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Landry's head.
Jingles is looking to slow Landry down with leg kicks.
Landry dives in and grabs Jingles's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jingles pushes down on Landry's head and hops out.
Jingles is looking to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jingles scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jingles throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Landry misses the jab.
Jingles tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Landry paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Landry shoots for a takedown but Jingles saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wes Landry. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Landry shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jingles napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Jingles sneaks out the side door and pushes Landry away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Landry shoots for a double leg takedown but Jingles sprawls well. He's pushed Landry's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jingles fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jingles. That's going to slow Landry down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jingles thumps Landry with a low kick.
Jingles has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Landry has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Jingles lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Jingles looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Landry tries to pull guard but Jingles holds him up against the cage and eventually Landry drops back down to his feet.

Landry tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jingles smiles and moves away.

Jingles lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Jingles tries to score a power double leg takedown but Landry sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jingles somewhat.
Landry keeps the fight on the outside.
Mr Jingles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jingles lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Jingles connects with a leg kick. Landry looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Jingles tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Landry swivels and escapes.
Jingles fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Landry.
Landry on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jingles. Jingles obviously looking to wear him down.
Landry takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Jingles knocks Landry to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Landry is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jingles stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Oh Landry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jingles fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jingles lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Landry out cold! Landry is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
