These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Volkov throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ogard slips a jab from Volkov.
Ogard throwing a counter right hand but Volkov manages to avoid it.

Volkov drops Ogard onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Ogard is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Volkov creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Ogard's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Ogard drops to his knees and Volkov pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
