PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gale Bush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brendan Conlon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conlon wants to land a leg kick but Bush is out of range.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bush throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Conlon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bush accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

As Conlon tries to get set, Bush tries to push him back and clinch up but Conlon manages to avoid the attempt.
Conlon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bush manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Conlon shoots in but Bush avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bush is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Conlon can do to turn this around?

Bush jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Conlon walks away with a smile on his face. Bush gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
