Pereira shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dias's guard.

Dias has left one of his arms exposed and Pereira doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Dias screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
