Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyrell Meadows (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyrell Meadows! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carlos Lopez! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lopez is trying hard to land a takedown here. Meadows sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Meadows closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lopez's guard. Lopez seems keen to control Meadows's posture. Lopez is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Meadows has gone for a leg lock! Lopez slips out almost immediately though and dives into Meadows's guard.
Lopez slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Meadows keeps Lopez under control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Lopez wants to stand but Meadows is controlling his arm. Meadows really is a fat lump. Lopez controls the position from side control. Lopez landing strikes. Meadows misses with a strike from the bottom. Meadows knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lopez on the ground. Lopez in side control, just content to control the action for now. Lopez working the ground and pound but Meadows is defending the strikes.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Meadows struggling a bit here. Lopez working the body and head with strikes. Meadows is letting Lopez control him for a moment. Lopez wants to stand but Meadows has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Lopez stays in close to Meadows's body and controls the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Meadows trying to control the position.
Lopez tries to stand but Meadows is controlling from the bottom.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Lopez has managed to clinch.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Meadows is looking to break free of the clinch but Lopez has double underhooks. Meadows is trying to pull guard but Lopez has him pressed against the cage.
Meadows manages to pull guard.
Meadows might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Meadows is looking for a triangle but Lopez pushes his legs off easily.
Lopez passes into half guard. Lopez is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlos Lopez dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Meadows shoots in and drives through. Lopez sprawls well.
Lopez shoots in and bounces Meadows off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Lopez missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Lopez showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Let's hope that Lopez has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Lopez is continuing to stall. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Lopez.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Lopez fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Meadows to the ground. Lopez is now in Meadows's guard. Meadows looking to control.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Lopez tries to stand but Meadows is controlling from the bottom. Lopez slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Lopez throws a big elbow that misses.
Meadows is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lopez defends well. Lopez wants to stand and escape but instead Meadows has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
 Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Lopez has Meadows pulled in close to control his posture. Yet more stalling tactics from Lopez.
Lopez is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Meadows frees his head nicely. Oh but Lopez has switched to an armbar! Meadows is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
