Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Akheem Flynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Thomson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler Thomson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flynn shoots in and drives through. Thomson sprawls well.

Thomson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Thomson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Thomson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Flynn tries to free his leg and advance position but Thomson is retaining full guard.

Flynn manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Thomson keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Thomson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well Thomson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
