Burdyalov comes to the cage accompanied by To The Metal. The crowd seem to be enjoying May's choice of entrance music: For Whom The Bell Tolls - Metallica. Brad May has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burdyalov throws a head kick but May moves out of range.
May looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Burdyalov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
May with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Burdyalov to score with a decent uppercut.
Burdyalov throws a right and a left that May avoids nicely.
May looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Burdyalov misses with a hook. May ducked under it nicely.
Nice body kick there by May.
That kick from May tenderised Burdyalov's leg. Burdyalov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Burdyalov tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and May is able to avoid easily.
A slapping leg kick lands for May.
Burdyalov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by May.
Burdyalov lands a straight punch to the body, keeping May at a distance.
May looks for the body kick but Burdyalov saw that one coming.
A slow jab from Burdyalov misses its intended target.
Burdyalov on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by May. May obviously looking to wear him down.

Burdyalov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
May throws a push kick but Burdyalov slaps the foot to one side.

May throws a looping overhand right but Burdyalov ducks down to avoid it.
May scores with a hook to the body. Burdyalov takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
May dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
May is looking to slow Burdyalov down with leg kicks.
May scores with a push kick.
Burdyalov is breathing heavily.
May throws a nice outside leg kick.
May lands a glancing blow to the side of Burdyalov's head.

Burdyalov walks into a left hand.
Burdyalov misses with a right hand
and May counters with a low kick, right behind Burdyalov 's knee.

May throws a leg kick which misses Burdyalov's front leg but catches the back leg as Burdyalov tries to avoid it.
Burdyalov thuds a left hand into May's body.
Burdyalov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
May tries a quick counter leg kick but Burdyalov is wise to it.
May tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

May fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Burdyalov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
May takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
May ducks under a wild hook from Burdyalov.
Burdyalov throws an off balance right hand

and May counters with a head kick that drops Burdyalov to the mat! Burdyalov scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Burdyalov is rocked!
Good leg kick by May there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Oh Burdyalov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burdyalov leaves his chin hanging out and May seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Burdyalov crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

A relieved looking Brad May thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
