Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brady Wells (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateusz Pis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brady Wells!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mateusz Pis!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Wells throws Pis to one side and escapes!
Pis misses with a two punch combination.
Wells takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Wells throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pis tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Wells is in Pis's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pis utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Wells has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Wells lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Pis wants to stand up but Wells is controlling him.
Wells throws an elbow that misses. Pis uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Wells's guard. Nice move by Pis!

Pis would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Wells looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Pis stands up and waves to Wells to follow him.
Pis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pis fails to land with a series of punches.
Wells went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Pis misses with a head kick.
Wells will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wells blocks a head kick by Pis.
Mateusz Pis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pis throws a left that rocks Wells and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Pis dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Wells regain composure!

Wells is rocked!

It looks like Brady Wells has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pis stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Oh Wells is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A counter left hand to the body from Wells misses its target.
Pis connects with a nice cross there... Wells is looking wobbly and Pis recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Wells to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Pis jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
