The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clarke tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Monai paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Clarke fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Monai sizes up Clarke with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Clarke takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Clarke misses with a double jab.
Monai swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Monai feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Clarkes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Monai cracks Clarke with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Clarke looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Monai finish him?

Clarke is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Monai darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Clarke's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Monai before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
