The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragnarson lands a right hook to the body.
Ragnarson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Ragnarson lands a lovely overhand right.
Bob takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bob shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Ragnarson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ragnarson bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ragnarson misses with an uppercut.
We've been hearing reports that Bob has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Ragnarson throws an overhand right that lands on Bob's shoulder, as Bob tries to avoid the shot.
Ragnarson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bob doesn't seem bothered though.
Ragnarson misses with an uppercut. Bob saw that one coming.
Bob misses with a takedown attempt

and Ragnarson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ragnarson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bob dives in and grabs Ragnarson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ragnarson pushes down on Bob's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ragnarson gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Bob fails to pull guard.

Ragnarson breaks from the clinch.
Bob uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ragnarson.
Bob half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Ragnarson scores with a decent looking hook.
Ragnarson moves into range and connects with a jab.
Bob shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Ragnarson cracks Bob with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bob looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ragnarson finish him?
