Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boston Dallas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clayton Channings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dallas comes to the cage accompanied by Bo-lieve. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clayton Channings!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Channings lands a really nice looking cross but Dallas seems unphased.
Dallas defending well as Channings loads up on a big left hand.
Channings ducks under a wild hook from Dallas.

Channings shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Dallas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Channings on the ground.
Channings stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dallas swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dallas is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Channings scoring with some ground and pound.
Dallas seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Channings drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Dallas dives on top into guard.

Channings wants to sweep but no luck.
Dallas wants to control from the top but Channings keeps moving.
Dallas stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Channings swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dallas is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Dallas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Channings has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dallas has managed to get both his arms back between Channings's legs - danger averted.
Dallas has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Oh but Channings is tightening it up a little... Dallas has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Dallas reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Dallas taps out! Nice BJJ there by Channings!
