The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derman throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Derman looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Noodle has Derman up against the cage in a clinch.
Derman is trying to break free.

Noodle pulls guard.
Derman looking to pass the guard.
Noodle wants to sweep here but Derman controlling him for the moment.
Noodle can't keep his opponent in guard - Derman advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Derman is nestled in close to Noodle, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Noodle tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Derman has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Derman can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Noodle is looking to escape.

Noodle is in all sorts of trouble here.

Derman working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Derman wants to control the pace but Noodle is squirming around nicely.
Noodle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Derman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Noodle is in a horrible position here. Derman smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Derman trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Derman is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Noodle is forced to tap! Great finish!
