Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dante Cross Furia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Jose De Sucre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cross Furia kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Vivaldi's Winter. De Sucre is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Iced Earth - Plagues of Babylon. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dante Cross Furia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Antonio Jose De Sucre!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Glass and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Sucre ducks under a wild hook from Cross Furia.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cross Furia. De Sucre does a little dance to reset his feet.
De Sucre rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cross Furia counters with a straight right hand.


It looks like Antonio Jose De Sucre has been cut.
Cross Furia clobbers De Sucre with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
De Sucre uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cross Furia.
Cross Furia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but De Sucre manages to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from De Sucre! But no joy.
Cross Furia throws a head kick that De Sucre semi-blocks.
De Sucre looks to throw the jab but Cross Furia is out of range.
De Sucre moves out of range as Cross Furia strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De Sucre defending well as Cross Furia loads up on a big left hand.
A head kick from Cross Furia lands but De Sucre takes it in his stride.
De Sucre uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cross Furia.
Cross Furia tries a head kick but it misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cross Furia throws a jab when De Sucre was well out of range.
De Sucre throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

De Sucre clinches up against the cage.
Cross Furia tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
De Sucre lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cross Furia backwards.
Cross Furia misses with a shot to the kidneys.

De Sucre jumps guard and drags Cross Furia to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Cross Furia looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Cross Furia avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

De Sucre looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Cross Furia passes into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cross Furia wants to pass to mount but De Sucre is defending the position.
Cross Furia looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Cross Furia prevents De Sucre from improving his position.
De Sucre is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cross Furia's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cross Furia's back!
Cross Furia really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of De Sucre's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.
Cross Furia is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Cross Furia rolls, trying to escape but De Sucre keeps control of the position.
De Sucre doesn't have the hooks in and Cross Furia manages to turn into his guard.

De Sucre is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cross Furia is aware though and is defending well.
De Sucre is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Cross Furia engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

De Sucre is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

De Sucre is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cross Furia defends well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dante Cross Furia dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Antonio Jose De Sucre's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Cross Furia connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Cross Furia catches De Sucre with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
De Sucre misses with a series of wild punches.
Cross Furia drops De Sucre with a naaaaasty hook - De Sucre is in real trouble here! Cross Furia dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dante Cross Furia!
A relieved looking Dante Cross Furia thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
