Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ipod Apple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DeShawn Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Eazy e- real mother fuckin gs kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 38 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ipod Apple!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, DeShawn Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Apple 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Johnson bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Johnson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Apple takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Apple really is a fat lump.

Johnson bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Apple! He dives into his guard looking to finish!


Apple is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Apple wants to get back to his feet but Johnson passes into half guard.
Oh Apple is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnson controlling the pace.
Apple seems to have got his legs back now.
Apple is trying to stand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson content to control rather than advance.
Apple is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Johnson jumps into side control!
Johnson in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Apple pushes Johnson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Johnson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Johnson controlling the position from side mount.
Apple wants to get back to his feet but Johnson drags him back down.

Johnson controls the position.
Apple wants to get back to his feet.
Apple is trying to escape the position but Johnson is controlling the position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Apple has Johnson up against the cage in a clinch.

Johnson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Johnson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Apple tries to close the distance and clinch but Johnson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Apple tries to clinch up but Johnson circles away and keeps his distance.
Johnson has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Apple is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Apple takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Apple darts in and clinches Johnson up against the cage.

Apple goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Johnson.
Johnson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Johnson scores with a shot to the side of Apple's head.
Johnson working some nice short punches in the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

DeShawn Johnson dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Apple moves into range and clinches up with Johnson.
Apple is trying to break the clinch but Johnson has him pressed against the cage.
Johnson prevents a body shot from Apple.

Johnson breaks the clinch.
Donk. Johnson catches Apple right on the button with a cross.

Apple gets tackled into the cage by Johnson. Johnson maintains the clinch.
Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Apple controls the action.
Johnson misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Apple.

Johnson blocks a body shot from Apple.

Johnson drops Apple onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Apple is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Johnson breaks the clinch.
Apple takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ipod Apple is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Johnson knocks out Apple with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Johnson before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Johnson picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). DeShawn Johnson!
Our winner, DeShawn Johnson, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
