Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vyacheslav Kowalchuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waldemar Suwmiarka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kowalchuk 's entrance music is All Night. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kowalchuk gets tackled into the cage by Suwmiarka. Suwmiarka maintains the clinch.

Suwmiarka wants to control from the top but Kowalchuk keeps moving.
Suwmiarka seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
