The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honeybottom looks to land a right hand but Rudger moved out of range.
Honeybottom slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
A swing and a miss from Honeybottom.
Rudger misses with a body shot.
Honeybottom is looking to counter punch.
Rudger takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Honeybottom scores with a body shot.
Good exchange - Honeybottom coming out on top.
Honeybottom misses with a looping left.
Rudger is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Rudger throws the left hand but Honeybottom avoids the punch easily.
Honeybottom sizes up Rudger with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Rudger lunges at Honeybottom with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Honeybottom's hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Honeybottom digs a good hook to Rudger's body.

Rudger throws an overhand right that lands on Honeybottom's shoulder, as Honeybottom tries to avoid the shot.
Honeybottom avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Honeybottom throws a right and a left that Rudger avoids nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rudger walks into a left hand.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Honeybottom lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Rudger has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Rudger and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Rudger is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

and Honeybottom scores with a counter punch that sends Rudger to the canvas! Honeybottom smells blood - he's punishing Rudger with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Rudger has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
