Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramsey Rodman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rimario Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rimario Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodman defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.
Rodman slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rodman tries to counter with a takedown but Gracie is quick to defend against it.
Rodman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gracie as he jumps to the side.
Gracie throws a right and a left that Rodman avoids nicely.
Rodman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rodman swivels and escapes.
Ramsey Rodman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rimario Gracie.
Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rodman.

Rimario Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gracie goes for a double leg but Rodman avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rodman continues to drive forward.

Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Rodman, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Rodman against the cage but Rodman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gracie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rodman sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gracie somewhat.

Gracie throws a series of punches but Rodman moves out of range.
Rodman changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Gracie has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rodman is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gracie.

Rodman is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gracie can do to turn this around?

Gracie has his foot on Rodman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rodman works his way back into a safe position though.
