Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Terkey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tarkhan Naranbaatar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Naranbaatar has chosen Batzorig Vaanchig as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tarkhan Naranbaatar!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terkey ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Naranbaatar looks to throw the jab but Terkey is out of range.
Terkey connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Terkey fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Naranbaatar to the ground. Terkey is now in Naranbaatar's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Terkey preventing the sweep.

Terkey stands and steps away. Naranbaatar gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Terkey.
Terkey wants to control but Naranbaatar is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Terkey goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Naranbaatar rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Terkey's guard! Nice work there by Naranbaatar!
Naranbaatar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Terkey swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Naranbaatar slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Naranbaatar tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Naranbaatar is looking to take a break and control but Terkey is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Naranbaatar swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Terkey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Naranbaatar's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Terkey is looking to pass into half guard but Naranbaatar pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Naranbaatar is in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Terkey gets to his feet. Naranbaatar looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Naranbaatar connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Terkey rushes Naranbaatar and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Naranbaatar misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Terkey.
Naranbaatar is trying to maintain a safe position but Terkey gets an underhook and turns Naranbaatar into the cage.
Terkey blocks an elbow strike.
Terkey lands a damaging elbow.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Naranbaatar.
Naranbaatar tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Terkey's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Terkey counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Tarkhan Naranbaatar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Charlie Terkey is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
