Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boyd Lowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mordechai Marx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lowe comes into the arena with millon dollar driver blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowe is looking to clinch.
Lowe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Marx's guard.
Marx has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Lowe is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
A short left from Marx.
Lowe wants the takedown. Marx is fighting it off but Lowe persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Marx's guard against the cage.
Lowe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marx on the ground.
Marx looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lowe is one step ahead there.
Marx is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Marx looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Lowe won't allow Marx to pass to mount.

Marx not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Marx throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Marx stalling.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Lowe lands with a nice body kick.
Lowe shoots in and gets a takedown into Marx's guard.
Marx has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lowe off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Lowe chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Marx can pounce on him.
Marx scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Marx throws a series of strikes that have Lowe backpedaling.

This has been an exciting period of action!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Marx enables Lowe to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Marx manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marx managing to control the position.
Marx manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lowe manages to get himself to full guard.
Marx not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Marx lands a jab.
Marx scores with a head kick.
It looks like Boyd Lowe has been cut.
Marx manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Lowe on his heels. He'll look to pass Lowe's guard now, I'm sure.
Lowe is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Marx dives into side control.
Marx tries to move to mount but Lowe blocks the move with his legs.

Marx controls the position.
Lowe gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Marx throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Lowe has his hands clasped together but Marx breaks the hold and Lowe is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Marx!
