The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Topper Green and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fatton sizes up Lupis with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Kanis Lupis has been cut.
Lupis throws a big shot that misses.
Fatton let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Lupis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fatton manages to avoid it.
Lupis lands with an overhand left.
A decent looking cross lands there for Lupis.

It looks like Dicky Fatton has been cut.
Fatton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lupis manages to avoid it.
Lupis lands an overhand right.
Fatton ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lupis moves away.
A lazy left from Lupis finds it's target.
Lupis connects with a single shot there.
Fatton blocks a jab.
Lupis feints and then cracks Fatton's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fatton down.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A telegraphed right hand from Lupis misses the target.
Nice defenses there by Fatton.
Lupis digs a good body shot into Fatton's ribs.
Lupis is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Lupis scores with a hook to the body. Fatton takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Fatton misses with an uppercut. Lupis saw that one coming.
Lupis misses with a looping right.
And Fatton tries to counter it with a takedown but Lupis pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Lupis lands a two punch combo.
Lupis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A nice side step and Fatton releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
A big right from Lupis misses.
Fatton is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Lupis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fatton.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Fatton.
Lupis throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Lupis on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lupis tries to get out of the position.
Lupis is trying to get back to half guard.
Fatton misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Fatton cracks Lupis with a big elbow.

Lupis is looking to regain half guard here but Fatton keeps moving and retains side control.
Lupis avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Fatton.
Lupis is trying to improve his position.
Lupis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fatton on the ground.
Fatton postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Lupis can't do much from the bottom here.
Fatton advances nicely into full mount.

Lupis tries to reverse the position but Fatton maintains control.
Fatton throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
