Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matti Laakso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dillon Weber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laakso comes into the arena with Two Steps From Hell - Across the Blood Water blaring out of the sound system. Weber has chosen ruff ryders' anthem as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weber misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Laakso slips a jab and a cross from Weber.

Laakso moves into range and clinches up with Weber.
Laakso lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Weber pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Weber takes the fight into the clinch.
Weber is trying to break the clinch but Laakso is controlling him.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Laakso connects with a nice short shot to Weber's temple.

Laakso is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Weber reverses the position - he's now on top in Laakso's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Laakso lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Weber! Laakso sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Weber and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!

A very excited looking Matti Laakso rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
Dillon Weber was interviewed post fight and said 'Thanks for coming'.
