And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Will Oriley!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dildaiev defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Oriley.
Dildaiev is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Oriley.
Dildaiev fails to land with a series of punches.
Oriley changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Oriley shoots in for a takedown but Dildaiev shows good takedown defense.
Dildaiev shoots in looking for a takedown but Oriley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dildaiev's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dildaiev tries for a takedown but Oriley sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Dildaiev is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Oriley has escaped the position, nice work there.

Dildaiev throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Oriley is looking to reverse the position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Dildaiev shoots in but no luck this time.
Dildaiev misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oriley tries to counter by closing the distance.

Dildaiev closes the distance and clinches.
Dildaiev jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Oriley walks away with a smile on his face. Dildaiev gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Dildaiev shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Oriley as he jumps to the side.

Dildaiev breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dildaiev drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Oriley gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Oriley breaks from the clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Oriley throws a right and a left that both miss.
Dildaiev is looking to counter the offense by Oriley and move into the clinch.

Dildaiev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Oriley, pushing him back against the cage.

Dildaiev manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dildaiev throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Oriley's waist but Oriley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dildaiev off to one side.
Oriley is looking for the big counter here.

Dildaiev sneaks out the side door and pushes Oriley away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Oriley manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Dildaiev on his heels. He'll look to pass Dildaiev's guard now, I'm sure.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Oriley replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Dildaiev blocks it well.

Oriley rushes Dildaiev and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Dildaiev stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Dildaiev is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Oriley can do to turn this around?
Dildaiev tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
The referee calls for Oriley to work.

Oriley pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Vadik Dildaiev is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Oriley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dildaiev half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
