The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pukki throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jertuaser tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Pukki is in Jertuaser's guard.
Pukki is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Pukki sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jertuaser's guard.

Pukki is working for a submission of some sort.
Jertuaser really is a fat lump.
Jertuaser misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Pukki looks to land a strike but Jertuaser avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Jertuaser controls Pukki momentarily but Pukki frees himself.
Jertuaser keeping moving, preventing Pukki from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pukki postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jertuaser is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pukki, into his guard.

Jertuaser won't allow Pukki to sweep him here.

Pukki thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Pukki has his foot on Jertuaser's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jertuaser works his way back into a safe position though.

Pukki is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Jertuaser frees his head nicely. Oh but Pukki has switched to an armbar! Jertuaser is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
