The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gutierrez.
A countering left hand to the body from Drago misses.
The fighters circling - Gutierrez throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Drago swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Benjamin Gutierrez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Drago looks to score with a jab to the body but Gutierrez is just out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gutierrez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Drago circles away quickly and effectively.
Gutierrez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gutierrez throws a right and a left that Drago avoids nicely.

Gutierrez gets tackled into the cage by Drago. Drago maintains the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Drago scores with a nice short uppercut.
Gutierrez tries to circle away but Drago has him pinned against the cage.

Drago lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
