The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've been hearing reports that Magomedov has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Vaughan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Vaughan connects with a good right hand that stumbles Magomedov. Magomedov circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Ruslan Magomedov has been cut.
The crowd cheers as Magomedov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vaughan doesn't seem phased though.
Magomedov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vaughan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Vaughan looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Vincent Vaughan has been cut.
Magomedov loads up on a big right hand but Vaughan slips the punch.
Vaughan unleashes a big counter combination but Magomedov bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
A head kick by Vaughan misses
and Magomedov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Vaughan misses with an attempted mid kick.
Vaughan misses with a series of wild punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vaughan gets tackled into the cage by Magomedov. Magomedov maintains the clinch.
Magomedov misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Vaughan.
Vaughan is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Vaughan tries to pull guard but Magomedov won't allow it.
Vaughan takes a shot to the head.
Vaughan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Magomedov pulls his leg out and moves away.
Ruslan Magomedov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vincent Vaughan.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Magomedov closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Vaughan out cold! Vaughan corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
