Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Phil Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodolfo Gusman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Phil Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 19 - 1, fighting out of London, Rodolfo Gusman!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris drops Gusman with a left right combo! Harris follows him down to the ground into side control.
Gusman is rocked!
It looks like Rodolfo Gusman has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Harris thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Gusman is still in real trouble! Can Harris finish him?
Harris throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Gusman works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Gusman has hold of Harris's hands but Harris slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Harris lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Gusman quite badly. Gusman pulls Harris in close trying to recover. Harris postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Gusman on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Gusman doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phil Harris!
