The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch tries a head kick but it misses.
Holt lands with a nice body punch.
Holt throws a lazy uppercut
and Lynch counters with a series of strikes. Holt will be more careful next time no doubt.

Holt misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lynch.

Lynch loads up on a big right hand but Holt slips the punch.

Lynch gets in close and instigates a clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Holt chips away with some ground and pound.
Oh Lynch is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lynch wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Holt drops Lynch with a right and a left! Holt comes rushing in but Lynch regains his composure and manages to keep Holt in guard.
Holt loads up on a big left hand. Lynch felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Holt looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Lynch can't hide his disappointment, as Holt celebrates the victory.
