The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carwin throws a series of punches but Anywhere avoids them all with ease.
Anywhere looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Anywhere moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Anywhere tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Anywhere misses with the combination.
Carwin appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Anywhere scores with a head kick. Carwin tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Hector Carwin has been cut.
Carwin throws a right hand that Anywhere ducks under and follows up with a left that Anywhere also avoids with ease.
Anywhere wants to slow Carwin down by chopping away at his legs.
Carwin blocks a head kick by Anywhere.
Carwin only half commits to the counter leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Anywhere throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Carwin stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Anywhere follows into mount!
