Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clark Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lou Marx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clark Greene!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lou Marx!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greene tries to clinch but Marx is having none of it.

Greene clinches with his opponent.
A nice right hand lands inside from Greene.

Greene drags the fight down to the ground.

Greene is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Marx defends well.
Greene might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Greene looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marx stays in close to Greene's body and controls the position.
Marx stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Greene swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Greene has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Marx is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Greene.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Greene wants to advance to full mount but Marx doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Greene has gone for a leg lock! Marx slips out almost immediately though and dives into Greene's guard.

Marx stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Greene swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Greene throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Marx escapes and throws Greene's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Greene takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Marx looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Marx wants to lay and pray for a moment but Greene keeps working.

Greene has momentary wrist control but Marx slips an elbow through the middle.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Greene enables Marx to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Greene manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Marx slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Marx got a little sloppy there for a moment and Greene has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Marx has managed to get both his arms back between Greene's legs - danger averted.

Greene can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Marx controls the pace.

I've got Marx winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
