Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig Paris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abu Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Craig Paris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Abu Rock!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Paris looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Paris misses with a takedown

and Rock counters by moving into the clinch.
Paris wants to take the fight to the mat but Rock manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Rock misses with the head strike.
Paris fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Craig Paris. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rock effectively controlling the action here.
Paris has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rock is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Paris working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rock doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rock manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Rock only half commits to the counter leg kick.
A clash of legs there as Paris blocks the low kick.
Paris avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Craig Paris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rock avoids a punch combination nicely.

Paris tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rock sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Paris somewhat.
Rock connects with a good right hand that stumbles Paris. Paris circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Paris jumps guard but Rock turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Rock tries to work over Paris's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Rock lands with a short shot to the head.
Rock tries to land knees in the clinch but Paris avoids the damage to the body.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Rock lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Paris backwards.
Rock lands a hook that snaps the head of Paris backwards.
Rock stalling the fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Paris blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Rock lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Rock misses with the head strike.
Paris blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Rock holding his opponent close, against the cage.

Rock breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Paris throws a looping overhand right but Rock ducks down to avoid it.
Rock fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Nice straight punches there by Rock. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rock.

Paris shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rock defends it nicely.
Oh Paris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Abu Rock seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Rock shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Paris takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Rock sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Paris bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
