The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogard bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Gooden has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Gooden connects with a crisp jab.
Gooden is looking to score with low kicks.

Bogard lands a big right hand that sends Gooden crashing to the mat! Bogard stays standing though and waves Gooden back to his feet!

Gooden is holding his hands too far apart here. Bogard throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Gooden is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
