The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minor throws an overhand right that lands on Karstark's shoulder, as Karstark tries to avoid the shot.
It looked like Karstark wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Minor working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Minor shoots in looking for a takedown. Karstark tries to sprawl out of it but Minor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Karstark manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Karstark really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Minor hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
