Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Suzuki Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paradox Percius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paradox Percius is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Suzuki Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Paradox Percius!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lesnar takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Percius fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lesnar has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lesnar has Percius up against the cage in a clinch.

Lesnar works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Percius can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lesnar controls the pace.

Percius is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lesnar is aware though and is defending well.

Percius has his foot on Lesnar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lesnar works his way back into a safe position though.

Percius has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lesnar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Percius tries to land a sweep but no joy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Percius has momentary wrist control but Lesnar slips an elbow through the middle.
Percius wants to sweep but no luck.
Percius utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Percius escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lesnar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lesnar is stalling in the full guard.

Percius is looking for a triangle but Lesnar pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lesnar looking to sit in guard and control but Percius gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.


That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar is trying to control the position but Percius postures up.
Percius works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Lesnar tries to roll over but Percius keeps him under control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Percius has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Percius moves to back control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Percius has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
Percius controlling well, preventing Lesnar from escaping the position.

Percius has managed to slip his arm under Lesnar's chin. This could be all over... yep, Lesnar is tapping out! Submission win for Percius.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Paradox Percius!
Paradox Percius was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
