The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo misses with an uppercut. McWhiskey saw that one coming.
Halo slips a jab from McWhiskey.

Halo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McWhiskey.

McWhiskey dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Halo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McWhiskey throws out the jab.

McWhiskey tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Halo is able to avoid easily.

Patrick McWhiskey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Halo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
McWhiskey swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Halo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Halo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Halo counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking McWhiskey out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Halo is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
