Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Melcone Aisa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bishop's choice of entrance music: KRS-One - MC's Act Like They Don't Know. Melcone Aisa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aisa connects with a body shot that sends Bishop's belly button to the back.
Bishop lands with a nice body kick.
Bishop scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Aisa throws a nice looking combination but Bishop bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Bishop is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Aisa might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Bishop is trying to stick to Aisa's back but Aisa is turning into Bishop. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bishop's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Aisa.

Aisa seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bishop lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Aisa has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Aisa and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
