Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Darth Vader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Ortega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vader comes to the cage accompanied by The Imperial March. Darth Vader has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortega throws a head kick that misses.
Vader jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Ortega tries to clinch but Vader is having none of it.
Vader feinted with a counter takedown.
Vader throws a good cross that connects.
No joy there for Ortega, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vader was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Ortega shoots for a takedown but Vader saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ortega throws a low kick but Vader avoids it.
It looked like Vader wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Vader jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ortega avoids the head kick by Vader .
Ortega shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
An attempted straight right counter from Vader misses the target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ortega shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Miguel Ortega has been cut.
Ortega fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Vader half committed to a counter leg kick.
Ortega is still on wobbly legs! Can Vader finish him?
Darth Vader has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miguel Ortega.
Vader lands with a thumping leg kick.
Ortega seems to have recovered his senses.

and Vader counters with a crisp right that sends Ortega to the canvas! Vader follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
