Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pavel Sherbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dragan Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sherbo comes into the arena with Take Back the Power/ The Interrupters blaring out of the sound system. Pavel Sherbo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Law drives through with a takedown into guard.

Law drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sherbo manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Law has Sherbo in his guard.

Law looking for a guillotine here but Sherbo defends easily.
Law trying to keep a closed guard but Sherbo is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Law has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sherbo is working away from the top position though.

Law is looking to control Sherbo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Law avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sherbo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Law knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Law is trying to control but can't.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Sherbo is working for a submission of some sort.
Sherbo wants to stand up but Law has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Law slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Sherbo wants to pass the guard but Law is keeping the position.
Sherbo wants to get up but he can't break Law's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Sherbo lands a nice shot that snaps Law's head back.

Law takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Sherbo sizes up Law with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Law drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sherbo is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Law digs a right hand underneath Sherbo's ribcage. Sherbo let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Sherbo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Law.
Law is looking to clinch but Sherbo is avoiding it.
Sherbo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sherbo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sherbo.

Law is rocked!
Sherbo weaves into range and cracks Law right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Law goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Sherbo is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pavel Sherbo!
Pavel Sherbo took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, GREEN!160 for their support in the buildup to the fight.
Dragan Law spoke after the fight, saying 'I'll be back stronger than ever, I feel sorry for the next guy i'm fighting as he'll see HELL!'.
