Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Steve Montenegro and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rudrick tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Watson swivels and escapes.
Watson now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Rudrick looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rudrick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Watson tries to avoid it but Rudrick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Watson to the ground. Watson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A little jabbing left from Watson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Rudrick fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Watson avoids it really well and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Rudrick got a little sloppy there for a moment and Watson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rudrick has managed to get both his arms back between Watson's legs - danger averted.
