The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sammalkorpi feints and then cracks Lester's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lester down.
Lester takes a swing at Sammalkorpi's ribcage but misses.

Sammalkorpi throws a lazy right hand but Lester sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lester takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sammalkorpi misses with a two punch combination.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sammalkorpi, right into the meat.
Sammalkorpi throws a nice outside leg kick.
Sammalkorpi avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sammalkorpi lands a big head kick that sends Lester tumbling to the mat! Sammalkorpi takes a step backwards and waves Lester back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Lester is rocked!

Lester throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It seemed like Sammalkorpi was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Oh Lester is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sammalkorpi clinches with his opponent.
Lester tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Sammalkorpi just stands there and leans against the cage.
Sammalkorpi lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Lester seems to have got his legs back now.
Lester jumps guard but Sammalkorpi turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Lester tries to pull guard but Sammalkorpi won't allow it.
Lester blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Sammalkorpi throws a big uppercut that drops Lester! More strikes from Sammalkorpi and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Lester lies dazed against the cage as Sammalkorpi celebrates with his cornermen!
