The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weedman misses with a takedown attempt
letting Tyson counter with a right hand.
Tyson lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Gary Weedman has been cut.
Tyson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Weedman's coach down at Fitness elite 24/7 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Weedman's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Tyson lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Weedman goes down and covers up as Tyson starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Tyson!
Mike Tyson gave a mention to Alcatraz Apparel in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
