Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Blade!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Blade blocks the low kick.
Blade misses with a two punch combination.
Blade shoots in but Johnson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bobby Blade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blade is looking to clinch.
Johnson scores with a leg kick.
Johnson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A head kick misses from Blade.
Blade thows a leg kick but Johnson checks it
and Johnson counters with a nice low kick that buckles Blade's knee momentarily.

A clash of legs there as Blade blocks the low kick.
Blade tries to close the distance and clinch up but Johnson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Johnson closes the distance but Blade moves to the side
and Blade holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Blade pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Blade rushes Johnson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Blade.
Blade fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Blade dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Johnson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Johnson tries to land knees in the clinch but Blade avoids the damage to the body.
Blade lands a hook that snaps the head of Johnson backwards.
Johnson throws a knee to the head but misses.
Blade lands a body punch.
A body shot lands from Blade.
Blade lands a right hand.
Blade lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Blade dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Blade tries to land a knee to the head but Johnson blocks with his arms.
Blade with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Blade tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Johnson smiles and moves away.
Derrick Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Blade.
Blade moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off.
Johnson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Derrick Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Johnson throws a leg kick but Blade sees it coming and moves out of range.
Blade throws a head kick but Johnson moves out of range.
Johnson takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Blade doesn't manage to clinch there - Johnson circles away.
Johnson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Blade.
Blade checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Johnson throws a leg kick
and Blade counters with a series of strikes that sends Johnson to the canvas! Blade follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Johnson is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Blade is pushing down on Johnson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Johnson is fighting to maintain full guard but Blade has managed to sneak the leg through.
Oh Johnson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Johnson is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Blade not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Blade landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Johnson seems to have got his legs back now.
Blade stalling.
I looks like Blade might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Blade tries to pass the half guard into mount. Johnson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Blade perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Let's hope that Blade has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Blade is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bobby Blade dominated that round.
That's time! Johnson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Blade wants to clinch but Johnson slips to the side
and Johnson counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
A nice inside leg kick there by Johnson. That's going to slow Blade down.
Johnson throws a leg kick that is checked
and Blade holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Blade pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A low kick from Johnson misses
and Blade counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Johnson!
Blade performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Blade is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Blade drops an elbow to the side of Johnson's head.

Johnson wants to stand back up but Blade manages to pass into side control.
Blade is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Blade decides to stand up, so the ref orders Johnson to his feet.
Johnson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Blade can pounce on him.
Blade scores with a body shot.
Blade scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Blade lands the left hand.
Blade wants to clinch
and Johnson counters with a good low kick that Blade was not able to check.
Blade tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range.
Blade closes the distance and clinches.
Blade breaks from the clinch.
Blade throws a good cross that connects.
Blade steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Johnson is out on his feet! Blade sets himself and nearly takes Johnson's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
