Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sairanix Lokren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Hazzard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duke Hazzard is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazzard keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hazzard dives in for a single leg takedown but Lokren sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Hazzard rushes Lokren and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lokren has had enough of the clinch but Hazzard keeps him there for the moment.
Hazzard is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Lokren is defending well.
Hazzard wants to take the fight to the mat but Lokren manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Sairanix Lokren has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duke Hazzard.

Lokren is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hazzard is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Hazzard drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hazzard jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lokren can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hazzard controls the pace.

Lokren fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hazzard manages to avoid it.
Hazzard dives in and grabs Lokren's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lokren pushes down on Hazzard's head and hops out.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Lokren shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hazzard but Hazzard pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hazzard closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Hazzard is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lokren is trying to escape and Hazzard transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lokren is forced to tap! Nice work there by Hazzard! Very nice indeed!
