Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Short Fuse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roscoe Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Jones misses.
Jones throws a looping overhand right but Fuse ducks down to avoid it.
Jones misses with a wild body shot.

Jones looks to land a left hand but Fuse moved out of range nicely.
Fuse takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fuse bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Jones's head backwards.

It looks like Roscoe Jones has been cut.
Fuse slips a jab from Jones.
Fuse lands with a hook. Jones tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jones throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fuse counters with a nice body shot.
Jones tries to clinch up but Fuse circles away and keeps his distance.
Fuse fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jones.
Fuse throws a body shot but no joy.
Jones misses with a lunging right hand
and Fuse counters with an inside leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fuse ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fuse throws a shot to the body.
Jones misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jones clinches with his opponent.

Fuse breaks from the clinch.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fuse. Jones does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jones throws a jab but it's blocked by Fuse.
Fuse was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Fuse throws a front kick that sends Jones stumbling back into the cage.
Jones looks winded!
Fuse connects with a body shot.
Fuse stuns Jones with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fuse throws a body punch but Jones moves out of range.
Jones steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Fuse. That one must have hurt.
Fuse scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fuse tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Fuse.

Fuse lands a big head kick that sends Jones tumbling to the mat! Fuse takes a step backwards and waves Jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jones is rocked!
Fuse fakes the leg kick and cracks Jones in the body.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Fuse finish him?

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jones doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Jones walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Jones limp body while Fuse jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
