Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Godinho Papadakis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francesco Cerci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Papadakis comes to the cage accompanied by Kamelancien - Danse de guerrier. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Godinho Papadakis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Francesco Cerci!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papadakis scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Cerci gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Papadakis fails with a takedown attempt.
Papadakis tries to clinch but Cerci moves out of range.
Nice shot lands for Papadakis.
Papadakis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Papadakis misses with a head kick.
Papadakis tests Cerci's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Cerci tries to move into range but Papadakis moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Papadakis jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cerci tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Cerci forces Papadakis back against the cage and clinches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cerci goes for a takedown attempt but Papadakis pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Cerci stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Papadakis swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Cerci is looking to advance position but Papadakis has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cerci is desperately trying to improve his position but Papadakis has a good base and remains in mount.

Papadakis is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Cerci to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Cerci shrugs it off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cerci drives through with a takedown into Papadakis's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Papadakis can't keep his opponent in guard - Cerci advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Cerci seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Papadakis does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Cerci! Papadakis is hurt baaadly! Cerci is firing away with more strikes - Papadakis is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
