Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghiorghos Papadopoulos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donkey Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Papadopoulos kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bloodsport Soundtrack - Fight To Survive (Extended Version). Kong has chosen Awesome Donkey Kong as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong lands a nice leg kick that just misses Papadopoulos's sensitive parts.
Kong throws a leg kick but Papadopoulos sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Papadopoulos tries to counter with a takedown but Kong is quick to defend against it.
Kong connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
An inside leg kick lands from Kong.
Papadopoulos stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kong.

Kong throws a leg kick which misses Papadopoulos's front leg but catches the back leg as Papadopoulos tries to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kong lands with a kick to the temple. Papadopoulos shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Papadopoulos crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kong - the referee stops the clock and Papadopoulos gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kong. Papadopoulos manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Kong connects with a solid leg kick.

We've been hearing reports that Papadopoulos has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Donkey Kong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kong cracks Papadopoulos with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Kong connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Papadopoulos out cold! This one is over in a flash!
