Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elmo Salty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Atlas Kartos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salty comes to the cage accompanied by Gonna Fly Now. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kartos misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kartos thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Salty if he has to take too many more of those.

Kartos breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

The fighters circling - Kartos throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Salty was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Kartos fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Salty has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
