Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonqw Fray!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ben Henley!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fray misses with a wild body shot.

Fray darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Henley moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Henley is looking for a triangle but Fray pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Henley is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fray defends well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Henley doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Henley looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Fray keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Henley's head.

Henley is looking for a triangle but Fray pushes his legs off easily.

Henley is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fray defends well.
Henley has momentary wrist control but Fray slips an elbow through the middle.

Henley is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Fray is aware though and is defending well.
Fray scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Henley has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fray can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Henley is looking for a triangle here but Fray uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Fray creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Fray is putting a hurting on Henley here, landing some big shots from side control.
Henley misses with an elbow from the bottom.
Henley tries to improve position but can't.
Fray grinds an elbow into Henley's temple.
Henley tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fray wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Fray creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Henley misses with an elbow from the bottom.
Henley throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Henley tries to improve position but can't.
Henley takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Fray landing a few strikes.
Fray lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Henley down.
Check out the look on Fray's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Henley is looking to reverse the position.

Fray is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Henley has escaped the position, nice work there.
Fray in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Henley is looking to reverse the position.

Fray tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Henley is looking for a sweep.
Fray scoring with punches from side control.
Henley sneaks back into half guard.
Fray thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Henley won't allow Fray to pass to mount.
Henley is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Fray scores with a couple of nice shots.

Henley is still in real trouble! Can Fray finish him?

Henley looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Fray looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Henley with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Fray lands a big elbow - Henley is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Fray!
