Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doctor Doolittle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forrest Gump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Gump's choice of entrance music: INTERNATIONALE. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doolittle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gump moves away.
Doolittle scores with a hook to the body. Gump takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Doolittle misses with a body kick.
Gump scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Gump throws a lazy body kick
and Doolittle counters with a straight right hand.
Doolittle lands a nice shot to the body.
Doolittle misses with an uppercut. Gump saw that one coming.
Gump thuds his right hand into Doolittle's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Doolittle misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gump.
Doolittle fakes the leg kick and cracks Gump in the body.
Forrest Gump seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Doolittle connects with a body shot that sends Gump's belly button to the back.
Doolittle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gump looks to score with a jab to the body but Doolittle is just out of range.

Doolittle throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Gump takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Gump on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
We've been told by Doolittle's head coaches at GTi 888 that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Gump walks into a stiff left hand from Doolittle.

and Doolittle makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Doolittle fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gump manages to avoid it.

Gump buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Doolittle lands a big head kick that sends Gump tumbling to the mat! Doolittle takes a step backwards and waves Gump back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gump is rocked!
It looks like Forrest Gump has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Doolittle lands a jab to Gump's midsection.

Doolittle seems to be stalking Gump here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Gump drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

During a confident post fight interview, Doctor Doolittle thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
