Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Germaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michael Thompson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Germaine gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Thompson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Germaine pulls Thompson into guard.

Germaine kicks Thompson off and gets to his feet.
Germaine shoots in for a takedown but Thompson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And Thompson responds with a good body kick, but Germaine manages to step out the way in time.

Germaine looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Germaine decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Germaine is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Thompson defends well.
