Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mertsi Lindeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rapper Abdul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Rapper Abdul enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdul takes the fight into the clinch.
Lindeman looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Abdul has had enough of the clinch but Lindeman keeps him there for the moment.
Abdul has hold of one of Lindeman's legs. Lindeman is fighting the takedown attempt but Abdul gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Lindeman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Abdul passes Lindeman's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lindeman avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Abdul.
Abdul tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Abdul looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lindeman with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Abdul lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Lindeman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Abdul wants to stand up but Lindeman is controlling the position.
Well, if Abdul is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Abdul seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Abdul slows the pace down in half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Abdul feints and as Lindeman raises his hands in defense, Abdul changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Abdul is stalling in the full guard.
Abdul is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Abdul trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lindeman's guard.
Abdul's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Abdul drops back looking for a leg! Lindeman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lindeman manages to kick Abdul off! Abdul jumps back into Lindeman's guard.
Abdul is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
It looks like Abdul might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Abdul would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Abdul shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lindeman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Abdul is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Abdul sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lindeman's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rapper Abdul dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Abdul shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lindeman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Let's hope that Abdul has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Abdul slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Lindeman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Abdul on the ground.

Abdul has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Lindeman is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Abdul yanks on the arm and Lindeman is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Abdul.
